Afolabi Olabimtan Foundation Puts Smile On Indigent Students’ Faces, Guests Eulogised Organisers

The 2017 Annual Afolabi Olabimtan Foundation Scholarship Awards came up on Friday October 27, 2017 at the Table-Tennis Hall, Recreation Club, Ilaro, headquarters of Ogun West.
The event was graced by crème of the society from within and outsde Ogun State saw 25 indigent students ranging from JSS 2 to SSS 3 from Ogun West Senatorial district of Ogun State being offered scholarships for the academic year 2017/18.

In their separate address, both Adeolu and Olaolu Olabimtan thanked people that were present at the occasion with a call that every individuals who have enjoyed free education during their school days should endeavour to give back to the society through sponsoring brilliant children who came from poor homes.
The duo who enjoined the beneficiaries of the scholarship award to continue to strive hard academically promised to extend the scholarship award to tertiary level soon.
Guests at the event commended the organizers of the yearly programme for the gesture, saying ‘‘people should support the foundation, morally and financially’’.
