YNLG Residents Benefit From OGSG Free Ambulance Service

AYETORO-YEWA – Residents of Yewa North Local Government Area of Ogun State would henceforth enjoy free ambulance service provided by the state government.

According to a release e-signed and made available to StarTrend Int’l & online – www.startrendinternational.com by Lateef Akintunde, ZIO, Ayetoro, this is a fulfilment of the present administation’s  promise to revamp the health sector and provide accessible  health care to the citizens across the three Senatorial Districts of the state.

The Director, Ogun State Emergency Unit, Dr Hassan Adelakun who made this known in a telephone interview with OGIS correspondent, disclosed that modern ambulance had been procured and stationed at a public place with a stand-by driver and a qualified nurse to address emergency health challenges in the council area.

He said in case of an emergency or accident, people can call 08112000033, for the service.

Dr. Adelakun said that, the recent renovation and procurement of equipments to Ilaro and Ijaye State Hospitals as well as renovation of 20 Primary Health Centres across the local governments of the state would soon become a destination of choice for persons in quest of qualitative medical care.

Commending the gesture of the state government, Baale of Ilogun, Ayetoro-Yewa, Chief Samson Oguntade appreciated Governor Dapo Abiodun, describing the health care facility as a step in the right direction that would afford people with free and qualitative healthcare treatment.
