ILARO-YEWA – The first agricultural exhibition of the Yewa Chamber of Commerce, Mines, Industry & Agriculture (YECCIMA), holds between Saturday, November 19 and Sunday, November 20, 2022 at the Empire Ground, Ilaro-Yewa, Ogun State, Nigeria.
According to Otunba Wasiu Taiwo, President, Yewa Chamber of Commerce, Mines, Industry & Agriculture (YECCIMA), the maiden edition of the programme themed: “Showcasing the Business Potential of Yewaland (Agricultural Sector)” is aimed at providing enabling environment for farmers in Yewaland with a view to expose them to the agricultural market within and outside the region.
The event, Otunba Taiwo disclosed will feature among others fresh food crops and allied produce from Farmers in Yewaland; Agrochemicals, animal drugs, precision and mechanized farming equipments shall also be on display at the venue.
He however called on farmers in the area to use opportunity of the event to showcase and market their farm produce to the world.
The two day event is expected to be declared opened by the Ogun State Governor Prince Dapo Abiodun and will be graced by His Royal Majesty, Oba (Dr) Kehinde Gbadewole Olugbenle MFR, Asade Agunloye IV, the Olu of Ilaro and Paramount Ruler of Yewaland. Ogun State among others.

The official opening of the event starts by 10.30am on Saturday, November 19 and Sunday, November 20, 2022 by 9am.
