ILARO-YEWA – The Headteacher, School for Children with Special Needs, Ilaro, Yewa South Local government, Mr. Clement Babatunde Ajasa, has called on individuals and corporate bodies to always remember children with special needs.

Mr. Ajasa made this appeal on Wednesday, June 23, 2021 while making his welcome address when AC Olorunfemi Ajayi visited the school to celebrate his birthday.

He commended Ogun State government and other philanthropists who had continued to support and make the environment conducive for the children who needed special care to survive in life.

The Headteacher also praised and appreciated the good gesture of AC Ajayi for choosing the school to celebrate his birthday with the children, saying, “whereas others do this with their friends and family.

“The children would be happy for coming to identify with them, and this will go a long way in improving their psychy, that they were not neglected or abandoned by the public”

He also recognised and commended Hon. Bola Ajayi, representing Yewa South Local government for her continued support to the school.

The coordinator of the visit, Mr. Seun Ara who is also the coordinator of Seun Ara Foundation urged other Nigerians to always remember these type of children by paying visits to them and support them with their needs.

The students later entertained the celebrant with a special song and choreography.
