Ogun Lockdown: Encomiums As OJA, Federal Lawmaker Distributes Palliative To Constituents

AYETORO-YEWA: Residents of Yewa North/Imeko Afon Federal Constituency have lauded a Member of House of Representative, Hon. Olaifa Jimoh Aremu (OJA), for giving food items to the vulnerable and needy in the area, to survive the current COVID-19 pandemic lockdown.

According to a press release e-signed and made available to StarTrend Int’l magazine & www.startrendinternational.com by Lateef, Akintunde, Zonal Information Officer, Ayetoro, Hon Aremu who through his Senior Legislative Aide, Mr. Wale Junaid, while addressing his beneficiaries in Ayetoro noted that over 1,000 stimulus packages were made available with a view to distribute 50 packs containing 5kg of rice, 5kg of gari and one pack of indomie nodles per Ward.

He advised the people to obey all precautionary measures and directives laid down by the Nigeria Centre For Disease Control (NCDC), praying for quick eradication of the pandemic.

OJA also commended Governor Dapo Abiodun for distributing food and other palliative items across the State to ameliorate the suffering of the people during the lockdown period.

Some beneficiaries – Mr. Oniyinde Adebanjo, Mrs. Olaleye Rebecca, Mr. Olusola Ojekunle, Alhaji Wasiu Sodiq, Alhaji Bariyu Raheem and  Alhaji. Gbadamosi Fatai, said they were thrilled about the gesture extended by Hon. Olaifa as the relief packages will reduced the pressure of lockdown order on the beneficiaries.
