Odebiyi Says, “I Will Make Sure Ogun West Is Not Shortchanged Or Segregated Amongst Its Equals In Ogun State” As Beneficiaries Of Police Academy Pay Him Thank You Visit

ABUJA: Senator Tolu Odebiyi representing Ogun West Senatorial District at the Senate has reaffirmed his commitment towards the development of Ogun.

Odebiyi stated this on Monday January 6, 2020, when some beneficiaries of the recently concluded Police Academy recruitment from Ogun West paid him a courtesy cum thank you visi.

The Senator said he will build on past experiences to make sure Ogun West is not shortchanged or segregated amidst their equals in Ogun state.

He also assured his constituency that he will at all times be their mouthpiece to the Dapo Abiodun led Ogun government for the development and delivery of dividend of democracy as at when due to his people.

Recall, Senator Odebiyi last year assisted qualified candidates from his constituency with their recruitment into the Nigeria Police Academy.

The beneficiaries, who took turn to appreciate Senator Odebiyi made promises which include upholding the dignity of the region, diligence at workplace and serving the country with clean hands.

Responding to their gesture, Senator Tolu Odebiyi urged the beneficiaries to use their current position for the benefit of the masses, most especially for the development of Ogun West when the need arises.

His words: “Thousands of people would have love to be where you are today, but grace choose you. My candid advice is that you remain diligent and always remember the son of whom you are. Be up and doing, don’t be lazy and make better usage of the opportunity you have today”.

Senator Odebiyi who has sìnce coming into power has made numerous positive moves for the betterment of the region he is representing. They include Scholarships to indigent students, Empowerment, socioeconomic development among others.
