Members Of Recreation Club, Ilaro Eulogise Chief Mufutau Olabimtan As He Celebrates Birthday

ILARO-YEWA, OGUN STATE, NIGERIA – Members of the esteemed Recreation Club, Ilaro (RCI), on Saturday, May 11, 2024, came together to celebrate one of their own, Chief Mufutau Olabimtan, the Asoju Olu of Ilaro-Yewa, who marked another year on May 7, 2024.

The gathering, held at their clubhouse opposite the Yewa South Local Government Secretariat in Ilaro-Yewa, Ogun State, was a testament to the camaraderie shared among club members as they gathered to extend their warm wishes.

Inaugurating the festivities, Mr. Kayode Salako, the President of the club, lauded Chief Olabimtan, also known as the Asoju Oba of Oworonsoki, Lagos, for his outstanding philanthropic endeavors.

Salako highlighted Olabimtan’s numerous contributions to the club and its members, underscoring his humility and unwavering commitment to philanthropy.

During the celebration, Chief Olabimtan not only hosted club members but also generously donated items to commemorate the occasion.

Throughout the event, fellow club members spoke reverently of Chief Olabimtan’s compassion and humility, praising him as a true gentleman and a devout individual.

In his heartfelt gratitude, Chief Mufutau Olabimtan expressed his appreciation to God for His blessings upon him and his family.

Olabimtan extended his thanks to every member of RCI for their affection and prayers on his behalf, reaffirming his dedication to sharing God’s blessings with those around him.

He remarked, “I am deeply grateful for God’s mercy upon my family and me, and I sincerely appreciate the love and prayers extended to me by every member of this esteemed club (RCI).

“Whatever contributions I have made to the club or its members are a reflection of my commitment to sharing God’s blessings.”

Chief Mufutau Olabimtan who serves as the Managing Director of Yewa Frontier Hotel & Suites, located along Ilaro-Ibese Road in Ilaro-Yewa, Ogun State, assured continued support to the club and its members,

“With God’s grace, I pledge to maintain my benevolent efforts towards the club and its members”, Chief Olabimtan concluded.

The celebration was anchored by Mr. Olusola Ojo, RCI’s Director of Media & Strategy, and was rounded-off with a delightful feast and refreshments.
