OGBERE: The Chairman, Ijebu East Local Government Transition Committee, Ogbere, Hon. Callistus Bolanle Falujo, has charged members of the Local Government Oodua People’s Congress, to continue to improve on the security of lives & properties of the people, in the area, for the progress of the LG.
According to a press release e-signed and made available to StarTrend Int’l magazine & www.startrendinternational.com by Adebanjo Olasunkanmi, Higher Asst. Info. Officer, Ijebu East, LG., Ogbere, the Chairman stated this on the occasion of a courtesy/familiarisation visit to his LG headquarters, Ogbere office by the organization.
His words, “Our people are counting on you. We are expecting you to collaborate with other security outfits, within this locality to curb crimes, ranging from raping, kidnapping, ritual killings, amongst other dastardly and criminal activities.”
Responding on behalf of other members, the National Coordinator of OPC, Prince Osibote, assured the LG boss of the organization’s cooperation and selfless service, to make Ijebu East LG a crime-free, and thereby appealing to the LG Chairman and other members of the Transition Committee of their assistance and support, especially, in the area of logistics, for better performances.
