LAGOS; JUNE 14, 2020: The cold hand of death, the cessation of life has taken away a woman with heart of gold – Mrs. Ibidunni Ighodalo, the beautiful wife of Pastor Ituah Ighodalo of the Trinity Church, Lagos.
According to a statement credited to the Ighodalo and Olaleye Ajayi families, Ibidunni was said to have died in the early hours of 2am on Sunday, June 14, 2020.
The statement read thus, “The Ighodalo and Olaleye Ajayi families are deeply saddened to announce the sudden loss of our beloved wife and daughter Mrs. Ibidunni Ituah-Ighodalo who passed away in the early hours of today…”
It was also gathered that calls to her husband when the shocking news
broke confirm the news was true, as Ituah admitted that he was with her family at the moment.
Ibidunni, who was in her early 40s, was reported died of cardiac arrest in her hotel room in Port Harcourt, where she was handling a project.
Recall Ibidunni Ighodalo successfully ran her events company – “Elizabeth R”, a leading event packaging outfit and her foundation – “Ibidun Ighodalo Foundation”, an organisation designed to “bring joy to the hearts of couples through their fertility journey”.
Ibidunni was inspired to do this humanitarian work on account of her own fertility journey, which led to the birth of her foundation, having personally gone through IVF 11 times.
