The Luzerne County Community College Foundation, Inc. recently received a donation from Fidelity Bank to support the LCCC Early College Programme.
       The $20,000 contribution was made under LCCC’s Pennsylvania Educational Improvement Tax Credit Programme (EITC), which provides tax credits to eligible businesses contributing to a scholarship organization, such as the LCCC Foundation.
       The Early College Programme is designed to provide high school students with the opportunity to earn LCCC College credits
at a reduced rate. The credits are transferable to other colleges and universities after high school graduation.
