AYETORO-YEWA – The Alaye of Ayetoro, Oba Abdul-Azees Adelakun has described the intervention of Ogun State Governor, Prince Dapo Abiodun on road rehabilitation as a way of improving the socio-wellbeing of the people in the State
According to a release e-signed and made available to StarTrend Int’l & online – www.startrendinternational.com by Lateef Akintunde, Zonal Infomation Officer, Ayetoro, the monarch made this known through the Chairman of Advisory Committee, Chief Solomon Akinlotan in his welcome address delivered during the 18th Year Coronation Anniversary and Installation of new Chiefs in his palace at Ayetoro, Yewa North local government.
Alaye, commended the State Government which he said would addressed the yearnings of rural dwellers and the residents of the state in general.
He further stated that, the reconstruction of 13km long abandoned road stretching from Ayetoro, lgan-Okoto and Imasai coupled with grading of 22km Erinpa, Sunwa, and Abotokio by the local government would enable the farmers to convey their produce from adjoining towns to urban centres with ease as well as movement of commuters from Ayetoro to other towns.
Speaking on behalf of the newly installed Chiefs, the Bada of Ayetoro, Chief Kayode Adejumo pledged their supports to Alaye towards the rapid development of the town in general, thanking the people for the honour bestowed on them..
