ABEOKUTA – Ogun State Governorship hopeful and Candidateof the African Democratic Congress (ADC), Barrister Olubiyi Otegbeye, has described Senator Isikilu Ibikunle Amosun as a symbol of purposeful leadership.

According to a release e-signed and made available to the media by the BOT Media Office on Wednesday xx January 25, 2023, Otegbeye felicitated with the Senator representing Ogun Central Senatorial District, on the occasion of his birthday anniversary.

Amosun, a former Governor of Ogun State turned 65 years today (Wednesday, January 25, 2023).

BOT as he’s fondly called by his teeming supporters said he has learnt from Senator Amos

un’s school of political and social leadership, saying, “He teaches us the nitty-gritty of visionary and purposeful leadership.”

The statement reads further: “The examples of his leadership traits are legion which includes integrity, hard work, tenacity, discipline, team work and sincerity of purpose; just to mention a few”.

According to the ADC flag bearer, “Amosun is a role model worthy of emulation, owing to his passion for humanity. He does not only do his bit to improve society, but motivates the current and future breed of leaders in Ogun State and Nigeria to embrace positive values”.

The insurance guru recognised the Amosun’s contribution to Ogun State, saying “he has added values that distinguishes heroes from mere men”.

BOT stated further, “Senator Ibikunle Amosun has exhibited sterling leadership qualities that build up nations while at the helms of affairs in our dear State. You are without doubt, the architect of modern Ogun State. Your monumental achievements remain indelible.

“Surely, your best is yet to come in your service to humanity; and as we celebrate your 65th anniversary, we pledge to you and the good people of Ogun State that, building on your legacies, better days are surely coming.”

Otegbeye however prayed God to grant him more years in good health and greater accomplishments.
