Wessy Creations Bags Special Recognition Award Of Excellence In Fashion Design, Advises Youths To Learn A Trade

LAGOS – The Chairman/Chief Executive, Wessy Group of Companies, Otunba Wasiu Jayeola Taiwo was among some dignitaries that were decorated with various type of awards on Sunday, September 26, 2021.

The event which took place at the Bamoral Hall, Kudiratu Abiola Way, Oregun Lagos was graced by cream of the society from within and outside Lagos

Wessy Creations as he fondly called was bestowed with the Special Recognition Award of Excellence in Fashion Designs.

The National President of Tailors Association of Nigeria (TAN), according to Mr. Mayor Akinpelu, the Publisher/Editor-in-Chief of Global Excellence magazine, is an intelligent and hardworking gentleman who dresses the people in high places within and outside the country.

He noted that Wessy Creations has even gone beyond fashion designing, by opening an Wessy Tailoring & Vocational Institute, to train the youths in modern style of fashion designs with sophisticated professional tailoring machines.

Responding, Otunba Wasiu Taiwo expressed his gratitude to the management of Global Excellence magazine for the honour, saying his fashion institute has graduated hundreds of students in fashion designing.
He called on the youths to atleast learn one trade with their education which would make them financially independent in the nearest future.
