Day Osinbajo,Tinubu, 8 Governors, Others Honour Jim Ovia At Book Launch

The Chairman/CEO of Zenith Bank, Mr. Jim Ovia recently hosted who’s who from the banking industry and corporate world as associates, friends and well-wishers OF the erudite Banker converged on Victoria Island, Lagos for the book launch of his book titled: Arise and Shine,
Speaking on what spurred him to write the book, Ovia said he wanted to change the negative narrative people had about Nigeria.
The chairman of the day was Nigeria’s former Ambassador to the United Kingdom, Christopher Kolade.
Crème of the society that graced the book launch included the Vice President, Prof. Yemi Osinbajo; Oba of Lagos, Rilwan Akiolu, National Chairman of the All Progressives Congress, Adams Oshiomhole; National Leader of APC, Asiwaju Bola Tinubu among other eminent Nigerians.
Governors who added colour to the event were the Governor Of Lagos State, Akinwunmi Ambode; his Akwa-Ibom counterpart, Udom Emmanuel; Governor Rotimi Akeredolu of Ondo State; Ifeanyi Okowa (Delta),Darius Ishaku (Taraba),Kashim Shettima (Borno), Ibrahim Dankwambo (Gombe) and Ekiti State Governor-elect, John Kayode Fayemi.

Other dignitaries who graced the occassion were Governor of the Central Bank, Godwin Emefiele and Mr. Victor Adoji .
It was a good outing for Ovia as guests showered encomiums on him.
