IBADAN – The Chairman/CEO, Total Grace Group, Dr. Henry Akinduro, has reiterated the commitment of the group to continue to treat customers as ‘kings’, saying “they are the basis of the existence of the group”.
He gave the stated this while commissioning an outlet of Total Grace Oil, located at Gate area of Ibadan, the Oyo State capital.
Akinduro who was represented by the Managing Director, Mr. Biodun Adu, said Total Grace Oil and other companies under Total Grace Group, would at all times improve on their services to serve the customers more, insisting that the group cannot afford to let down their customers.
He added that apart from rewarding loyal customers of Total Grace Oil with captivating prizes during the monthly raffle draw, new innovations would be put in place to serve the customers better.
According to him, “The essence of any business is to provide valuable services to customers and this we will continue to do in Total Grace Group. It is our belief in the Group that without the customers we are nothing, thus this new year 2021, services to our customers will be top notch.
“For the customers of Total Grace Oil, they should be rest assured that the monthly raffle draw where they win fabulous prizes would continue and other innovations would also be put in place to serve them better.”
Adu however appealed to motorists to continued their patronage, not only to the new outlet, but other Total Grace Oil outlets in the city of Ibadan, saying their customers would not regret doing this as they would be buying clean fuel.
