ABEOKUTA – The Yewa Youth Association is set to hold Yewa Youth Leadership Summit/Conference between September 13 and 15, 2023.
According to Comrade Abdul-Jabar Ayelaagbe, Chairman, Ogun State branch of the National Youth Council of Nigeria, the summit tagged: Empowering Youth: Leadership, Civic Engagement and Active Citizenship is aimed at improving on the developmental mindset of its manpower.
His words, “The focus of the Summit is to equip Youth Presidents, Secretaries, and other participants of Yewaland origin on the need to be the best in their endeavours, active in the community services, with refined zeal towards the development of our different towns and the entire Yewaland.”
Ayelaagbe who is also the President of Yewa Youth Association, disclosed that the programme is scheduled to take place at Ilaro-Yewa in Yewa South LGA of Ogun State.
