LAGOS, NIGERIA – Grammy-winning artiste Burna Boy has stepped into the ongoing conflict between Dammy Krane and Davido regarding allegations surrounding Tagbo Umeike’s death.
Dammy Krane recently took to his social media to accuse Davido of involvement in Tagbo’s death, stating, “I’m boldly saying Davido has a hand in Tagbo’s death. If I’m lying, they should sue me and let everything be exposed in court.”
In response, Burna Boy urged Dammy Krane to retract his statement, warning against actions that could escalate legal repercussions for Davido.
He reminded Dammy Krane of their shared experience of being incarcerated and appealed for a more peaceful resolution.
“Bro. WTF are you doing?? Take this down now!! Make me and u no get problem abeg. No be like this we dey handle differences. We both know how it feels to be locked up, why TF would you wish that on anyone? I gat love for u but I do not stand for none of this police ass sht. Take all this sht down please,” Burna Boy wrote.
Despite Burna Boy’s plea, Dammy Krane has yet to remove the post, and Davido has not responded publicly to the accusations.
Earlier, it was reported that Davido issued a cease and desist letter through his lawyer to Dammy Krane, demanding a retraction of defamatory statements within 24 hours. The letter warned of legal action if the demands were not met.
The situation remains tense as the public awaits further developments between the parties involved in this escalating conflict.
