IBADAN – The Chairman/Chief Executive Officer, Total Grace Oil & Gas, Dr. Henry Akinduro, has reiterated the commitment of the organisation to continue to serve its customers better, stating that they remain their best assets.
He expressed his commitment at the raffle draw event promo held for customers of the organisation at its Oke Ado, Ibadan Station.
Akinduro who was represented at the ceremony by a Director of the organisation, Mr. Abiodun Adu, said the raffle draw which has been on for some months now, was introduced for the customers to have a sense of belonging and to cushion the effects of the coronavirus pandemic.
According to him, the cliche that “customer is a king” is held dear by the organisation knowing fully well that without them they would not exist,
He stated further that the organisation would continue to introduce new initiatives, not only to serve the customers better, but also to make them happy.
His words, “For us in this organisation, we would at all times continue to hold our customers very dear, because we are in business to serve them.
“The more reason we introduced the raffle draw to cushion the effects that the Covid-19 pandemic had on our customers.
“Their happiness would always be our concern and we would continue to do everything possible to achieve this.”
Customers who emerged winners courtesy of the raffle draw include Sunday Okoye (motorcycle); Niyi Israel (motorcycle); Abigail Aderinoye (generator); Musa Oloko (generator); Ibrahim Taiwo (standing fan) and Oladapo Peters (standing fan).
Niyi Israel who could hardly hide his feelings of joy, lauded the management of the organisation for the raffle draw. He prayed that the organisation will continue to flourish.
“I want to encourage other people to patronize Total Grace Oil & Gas stations so that they can also win fantastic prizes like I won for myself. For those who still don’t believe, they should try and see for themselves and I know that they would not be disappointed”, Niyi Israel stated.
Dignitaries that graced the event include prominent Yoruba theatre practitioners such as President, TAMPAN, Mr. Bolaji Amusan (Mr. Latin), Chief (Mrs.) Idowu Phillips (Iya Rainbow) and Prince Jide Kosoko, while an Ibadan-based Fuji musician – Taiye Currency thrilled guests to superlative Fuji rendition.
