Tinubu As A Formidable Political Maestro Whose Time Has Come – VP Shettima

Vice-President Kashim Shettima (GCON)

ABUJA – During the presidential inaugural ball, Vice President Kashim Shettima expressed his view on President Bola Ahmed Tinubu, describing him as a highly influential and dangerous political maestro whose moment has arrived.

Shettima revealed that Tinubu’s ambition to become President was not a recent development, but was conceived back in 1992 when he collaborated with like-minded individuals to establish the Peoples Front.

Over the years, the former Lagos State Governor has diligently built relationships and bridges, paving the way for his presidential aspirations.

Unlike those who merely dream at night, Tinubu fearlessly pursued his goal in broad daylight.

Shettima emphasized the power of an idea whose time has come, asserting that Tinubu embodies such an idea that has been cultivated since 1992, leading to his current position as a prominent political figure.

The Vice President highlighted the determination and vision of Tinubu, hailing him as a daring dreamer of the day and a highly formidable political maestro.

His words “There’s nothing as powerful as an idea whose time has come, Bola Tinubu is an idea whose time has come. This is an idea that was not incubated three years ago, this is an idea that was cultivated right from 1992, when he joined forces with like minds and formed the Peoples Front.

“He has built relationships; he has built bridges, so the road that led us to Asiwaju did not happen by chance. Exactly about a year ago, there was a palpable tension in the land, prior to the APC presidential primary election.

“Dreamers of the day are dangerous men; they act their dreams with open eyes and make it possible. Asiwaju Bola Tinubu is a dreamer of the day; hence a very dangerous political maestro.”
