Soji Amosun’s Death: NUJ President, Isiguzo Commiserates With Ogun Council, Deceased Family, Friends

ABUjA – National Executive Council of the Nigeria Union of Journalists (NUJ) has commensurates with the Caretaker Committee/entire members of the late Mr. Soji Amosun, the former Secretary of the Union, Ogun State Council over the sudden death of the former State Secretary of the Union – , in the early hours of Sunday, November 14, 2021 at the age of 53.

According to a release e-signed and made available to journalists by Akorede R. Opeyemi, the Assistant National Secretary of the Union stated, “We received news of the demise of the former Secretary of the Ogun State Council of our great Union, Mr. Soji Amosun with rude shock.

“His sudden demise on Sunday, November 14, 2021 came at a time when his services to humanity were still strongly required.

The statement continued, ” The National President of NUJ, Chief Chris Isiguzo on behalf of the National Executive Council, NEC and indeed the entire members of the Union expresses his heartfelt condolences to Amosun’s family, Ogun state Council of our Union and his numerous friends and well wishers.

“We pray the Almighty God to grant Amosu’s soul eternal repose.”
