ABUJA – Hon. (Alhaji) Kolawole Lawal Mobolorunduro, has described the former Governor and current Senator of the Federal Republic, Senator Ibikunle Amosun, in glowing terms.
Felicitating with Senator Amosun on his 64th birthday anniversary on Tuesday, January 24, 2022, KLM as he is fondly called and representing Yewa South/Ipokia Federal Constituency at the National Assembly said, “Like him or hate him, Senator Ibikunle Amosun is a unique leader who changed the dynamics of governance and leadership in Ogun state.
“He represents different things to different people, but whatever you conclude about him, he is a fundamentally unique, intelligent and a master in the game of politics”.
Hon Lawal recounted that as Governor, SIA as he is fondly called by his numerous supporters, governed the state with a vision of not only changing the landscape of the State capital in all ramifications, but that his giant strides and legacies still bear testimony of his commitment to the service of the people.
KLM affirmed that SIA was forward thinking, focused and hardworking, but also his MITROS concept laid a progressive governance plan which is difficult to ignore.
“As a person, Senator Amosun has a magnanimous heart, a unique passion to serve the people and a magnanimous benevolence to humanity. While as a leader, he raised quality disciples whom he empowered and motivated to serve the people”, KLM posited.
Hon. Alhaji Lawal however wishes the former Governor who he described as his benefactor and a strategically innovative authentic leader a happy and blessed birthday. And also prayed that the Almighty Allah bless him with good health, long life and divine guidance to continue to serve humanity.
