SANGO-OTA, OGUN STATE, NIGERIA – The Presiding Pastor of Majestic Grace Embassy International, Iloye – Sango Ota, Ogun State, Dr. Grace Wisdom (a.k.a the Prophetic Eagle), has called on Christians across the globe to believe in the power of resurrection of Jesus Christ through which he conquered the power of the grave.
Dr. Wisdom, who made these remarks during a special service held at the Church headquarters on Sunday, April 12, 2025 to mark the Easter celebration, appealed to all Christians to allow the resurrection of Jesus Christ to rekindle their hope of the resurrection of every facet of their lives.
He charged the Christians to appreciate the gift of grace provided by God with Jesus Christ leaving his exalted position to come and suffer here on earth in order to take away the sins of man and the penalties of those sins
The Cleric, who noted that Jesus did not die to remain on the cross nor to remain in the grave but to make the grave empty, however, noted that Jesus Christ did not deserve to die but for the atonement of the sins of man, he presented himself as perfect sacrificial lamb in order to bring deliverance, salvation and eternal life to humanity.
He pointed out that the resurrection of Jesus Christ proved to the world that Christ was right in all he did as God vindicated him three days after his persecution, execution and death, stressing that the miraculous and mysterious resurrection of Jesus proved that the dead shall live.
Dr. Wisdom appealed to all Christians to ensure Jesus Christ is seen in their lives by always standing for the truth, speaking the truth, working for the truth and equally prepare to suffer for the truth even at the point of death as reflected by the crucification and resurrection of Jesus Christ.
“I enjoin the Christians to be meek, humble, spiritual, holy, self- denying, forebearing and obedient to God for Jesus Christ to be seen in their lives”, said Dr. Wisdom
The 5-Day Easter programme had music ministration, prophecies and testimonies of the prophetic declarations, miracles, deliverance, anointing, holy communion service, special prayer sessions, counselling and special thanksgiving service as part of activities that took place during the event.
