IBADAN, OYO STATE, NIGERIA – The Oyo State Council of the Nigeria Union of Journalists (NUJ) has commended Adron Homes and Properties Limited for its unwavering dedication to providing affordable housing solutions across Nigeria.
The commendation came from the Oyo NUJ Chairman, Comrade Ademola Babalola, during a courtesy visit to the company’s headquarters in Omole, Ogba, Lagos.
The visit was part of the activities marking the 2025 Press Week of the Oyo State NUJ, aimed at strengthening media engagement and celebrating excellence in journalism, which holds between October 12 and 17, 2025, in Ibadan.
Comrade Babalola described Adron Homes as a model of innovation and social impact, lauding its commitment to improving the lives of Nigerian families through sustainable and accessible real estate initiatives.
He also praised the company’s corporate social responsibility (CSR) programmes, particularly in youth empowerment and community development across the country.
The NUJ delegation was warmly received by the Managing Director of Adron Group, Mrs. Adenike Ajobo, who represented the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer, Sir Adetola Emmanuelking.
In her welcome remarks, Mrs. Ajobo expressed the company’s appreciation to the Oyo NUJ for the visit and congratulated the union on its forthcoming Press Week.
She reaffirmed Adron Homes’ commitment to maintaining a transparent relationship with the media, emphasizing that the press remains a critical partner in advancing public awareness about housing and real estate investment.
According to her, Adron Homes will continue to collaborate with the media to promote public enlightenment initiatives that encourage property ownership and responsible investment in the housing sector.
The visit also featured an interactive session where both parties discussed potential partnerships in public education, real estate investment, land ownership, and property documentation.
