ABEOKUTA, TUESDAY, JANUARY 2324 – Dr. Oluwatoyin Taiwo, the Deputy Chief of Staff to the Governor of Ogun State, has characterized the recent Supreme Court victory of Governor Prince Dapo Abiodun as a collective win for the citizens who cast their votes in support of the Governor.
In reflecting on the judgment, Dr. Taiwo credited the divine mercy, protection, and favor bestowed upon Governor Abiodun and his team throughout the election litigations to Almighty God.
He emphasized the fortune of the people of Ogun State in having a competent, responsive, and hardworking leader in Governor Abiodun.
Dr. Taiwo urged the residents to continue extending their unwavering support to the present administration, assuring them of a second term marked by significant strides in both infrastructure and human capital development.
He stated, “The first term of Prince Dapo Abiodun witnessed a substantial success, with notable achievements such as legacy road projects, the establishment of a Cargo Airport, revitalization of the education and health sectors, as well as timely worker promotions and increased agricultural production.”
While expressing appreciation for the Judiciary’s role in upholding the people’s will and fortifying democratic institutions, the Deputy Chief of Staff lauded the outcome of the Supreme Court verdict.
