ILARO-YEWA, OGUN STATE, NIGERIA – Oba (Dr.) Kehinde Gbadewole Olugbenle, MFR, Asade Agunloye IV, the Olu of Ilaro and Paramount Ruler of Yewaland, has reiterated his dedication to partnering with his alma mater to further its developmental goals and uphold its tradition of educational excellence.
The Chairman of the Ogun State Council of Obas made this known on Saturday, November 29, 2025, during the grand finale of the 70th Anniversary Celebration of Anglican Modern/Grammar School, Ilaro-Yewa, Ogun State.
In a statement e-signed and released to StarTrend Int’l Magazine and online platform by ‘Deola Adeyemi, Special Assistant to the Paramount Ruler on Media and Strategic Communications, Oba Olugbenle expressed deep joy at celebrating with the institution where he once studied.
The monarch commended the school for its enduring legacy of academic distinction and moral discipline.
He extended hearty congratulations to Anglican Grammar School, Ilaro, and its old students on seven decades of remarkable achievements and impact.
