…Attends Isheri High Court Building Handover, 24th African Real Estate Society Conference

ILARO-YEWA, OGUN STATE, NIGERIA – His Royal Majesty, Oba (Dr.) Kehinde Gbadewole Olugbenle, the Olu Ilaro and Paramount Ruler of Yewaland on Friday, September 13, 2025 highlighted the need for continuous collaboration in promoting justice and social order within the society.
According to a release e-signed and shared with StarTrend Int’l magazine and online platform by ‘Deola Adeyemi, Special Assistant to the Paramount Ruler on Media and Strategic Communications, Chairman, Ogun State Council of Obas, stated this at the handover ceremony of a newly built High Court Complex to the Ogun State Judiciary by the Olofin of Isheri, Oba (Engr.) Sulaiman Adekunle Bamgbade, in commemoration of his 4th Royal Anniversary.
At the handover occasion, Oba Olugbenle delivered a thought-provoking address on the “Synergy Between the Traditional Institution and the Judiciary.”
Oba Olugbenle congratulated the Olofin of Isheri on his 4th Royal Anniversary while also commending him for his kind donation to the State Judiciary.
Later in the evening same day, the Paramount Ruler joined distinguished professionals at the Gala Dinner of the 24th African Real Estate Society (AfRES) Conference, themed, “Shaping the Future of African Real Estate Markets: Exploring Opportunities”, held at the Lagos Oriental Hotel, Victoria Island, Lagos.
The conference was a 4-day discourse, gathering real estate researchers, professionals, investors, scholars, and policy influencers to deliberate on innovative strategies for the advancement of the real estate sector across the continent.
His Majesty described the AfRES Conference as timely, coming at a period when African cities are experiencing rapid urbanisation and increased demand for affordable housing and sustainable infrastructure.
