FCT, ABUJA, NIGERIA – His Royal Majesty, Alayeluwa Oba (Dr.) Kehinde Gbadewole Olugbenle, the Olu of Ilaro, Paramount Ruler of Yewaland, and Chairman of the Ogun State Council of Obas, has extended heartfelt congratulations to President Bola Ahmed Tinubu, GCFR, on his investiture as the Grand Patron of the Nigerian Institution of Estate Surveyors and Valuers (NIESV).
In a goodwill message delivered on Monday, May 5, 2025, during the 55th Annual Conference of the NIESV, Oba Olugbenle commended the President on the prestigious honour.

The 55th Annual Conference, themed “Transform, Invest, Thrive: Optimizing Real Estate Asset Finance and Taxation,” was held in the Federal Capital Territory, Abuja, from Monday, May 5 to Saturday, May 10, 2025.
The event featured key activities such as technical paper presentations, the NIESV Annual General Meeting, and a presidential dinner at the Abuja Continental Hotel.
Oba Olugbenle expressed his strong belief that the deliberations and recommendations from the conference would significantly contribute to the advancement and growth of the Nigerian real estate sector.
A major highlight of the conference was the investiture of His Excellency, President Bola Ahmed Tinubu, GCFR, as the Grand Patron of the Nigerian Institution of Estate Surveyors and Valuers – an honour marking a historic milestone for both the institution and the nation’s leadership.
