ILARO-YEWA – The Olu of Ilaro and Paramount Ruler of Yewaland, Oba (Dr.) Kehinde Gbadewole Olugbenle MFR, has congratulated the new Ogun State Head of Service, Mr. Kolawole Peter Fagbohun on his appointment which he described as a confirmation of Governor Dapo Abiodun’s regard for Fairness, Equity and Justice in Ogun State.

Media Consultant to the Paramount Ruler,, Oba Olugbenle said he was highly delighted to hear the cheering news of Fagbohun’s well deserved appointment as the new Head of Service of Ogun State.
Kabiesi’s words, “I am very happy and proud of Fagbohun’s steady progress and impressive records which have earned him laurels and respect from successive Administrations in the State, and particularly delighted with how he has performed as the Permanent Secretary in the Ministry of Local Government and Chieftaincy Affairs, dealing directly with Traditional Rulers and the Council of Obas, where I had the opportunity of interacting with him at close quarters”.
Olugbenle said he has no doubt of Fagbohun’s competence, capacity and commitment to make a success of his tenure as Head of Service.
“I pray and hope that under your watch, the Ogun State Civil Service will wax stronger, deliver on it’s mandate more efficiently, protect and promote the welfare of civil servants and partner effectively with all relevant stakeholders to build a greater future for Ogun State”, the Paramount Ruler of Yewaland said.
Kabiyesi prayed for Fagbohun that the good Lord will help him to succeed well and assured him of his royal guidance and support.
While commending the Governor for appointing Fagbohun who hails from Ilobi, one of the ancient towns in Yewaland, Oba Olugbenle said with this appointment, Governor Dapo Abiodun has once again warmed himself into the hearts of Yewa people and convinced them the more of his avowed commitment to fairness, equity and justice as cardinal principle of his Administration.
“Whereas, we were confident that our son’s position in the civil service, his competence and loyalty would stand him in good stead for this exalted position, we were nevertheless, unaware that the dispositions and discretion of the Governor will ultimately count in the process”, the monarch posited.
He thanked the Governor for the confidence reposed in Fagbohun and assured that the unique hallmarks of diligence, service and loyalty which Yewa people are noted for will once again be displayed.
Oba Olugbenle assured the Governor of the continued support of the Yewa people as he commences the divine journey into his second term in office as the Governor of Ogun State, praying that God Almighty shall endow him with the wisdom and wherewithal to deliver more dividends of democracy across the State and take it to greater heights.
