IMASAYI-YEWA, OGUN STATE, NIGERIA – The Oba Lukman Adeleke Kuoye Dawah Foundation on Tuesday, April 9, 2024, fulfilled one of its objectives by presenting a wheelchair to a physically challenged in Imasayi-Yewa, Ogun State.
According to a release e-signed and made available to StarTrend Int’l magazine and online by Alfa Abideen Owolabi, the presentation took place at the Palace of Oba Lukman Adeleke Kuoye, the Olu of Imasayi-Yewa, and was met with heartfelt gratitude from the recipient.
Overwhelmed with joy, she expressed her appreciation and offered prayers for both the foundation and its primary donor, especially in the midst of economic challenges facing the country.
The gesture by the Dawah Foundation underscores its commitment to assisting the less privileged in society.
The donor’s generosity in supporting the foundation’s mission and objectives is highly commended, as it reflects a belief in making a positive impact on the lives of others.
Members of the public are encouraged to contribute financially and materially to the foundation, enabling it to further its mission of aiding those in need.
The event was attended by notable Chiefs and dignitaries from the town, including Chief Baase of Imasayi-Yewa, Chief W.A Ojetola, Iyalode of Imasayi-Yewa, Princess Olufunmilayo Adeyale, and members of the palace staff.
Oba Lukman Adeleke Kuoye extended prayers to President Bola Ahmed Tinubu, Governor Dapo Abiodun of Ogun State, along with their respective teams, and to the entire country, seeking divine assistance in fulfilling their administrations’ noble intentions for the welfare of citizens.
The convener of the foundation also used the opportunity to extend felicitations to Muslim faithful on the successful completion of Ramadan and the Eid-il-Fitri celebration.
He offered prayers for Allah’s acceptance of their fasting as an act of worship and wished them many more years of celebration to come.
