My Pastor Husband, Has A Bed In His Church Office Where He Sleeps With Women – Wife Alleges

YOLA – Wife of a Pastor in Adamawa State, Mrs. Jumal Mala, has alleged that her husband, Pastor Yakubu Kefas, have slept with several women right inside his church.

Jummal made this disclosure when she appeared before an Upper Area Court 3, in Yola, where she alleged Mr Yakubu, the founder of Heaven Gate Bible Mission in Bachure, Yola North Local Government Area of Adamawa of this immorality.

Speaking to the court, Mrs Jummai alleged that she has caught her husband in the act several times. She said that her husband even has a bed in the office of the church which he uses to commit adultery.

The Pastor’s wife told the court that her husband had continued in the act and she could not remain as his wife any longer.

She therefore asked the court to dissolve the marriage as her husband had long proved that he could not stop chasing women, as efforts she made to advise him had only attracted threats of violence against her.

Jummal said her marriage is blessed with 4 children, but that unfortunately, the responsibility of the children was hers as he gives nothing for their upbringing.

In his testimony, Pastor Yakubu, dismissed the allegations levelled against him. He claimed that his wife was lying to the court.

The Pastor, through his counsel, F. R. Baiyo, called 3 witnesses who testified in court and were cross-examined by counsel to the petitioner, J. J. Shalli.

Hon Umar Isa, the Judge presiding over the matter, however adjourned the case to March 10, 2021, for further hearing.
