Leakage Of President’s Last Address To Nigerians: “No Villa Staff Was Involved”

ABUJA: A tsunami of fake news has sadly been unleashed on Ajuri Ngelale, a hardworking member of the Presidential Communication Team following the leakage of the last address to the nation by the President before it was read.

According to a press release e-signed and made available to StarTrend Int’l magazine & www.startrendinternational.com by Garba Shehu, Senior Special Assistant to the President (Media & Publicity), the release stated that those behind the fake news must have a plan to distract Ajuri as he bestrides the nation’s communications landscape, taking the Buhari government to the citizens via radio and TV.

“No Villa staff was pointed to as a suspect, and certainly not Ajuri who was not in the line of transmission of either the draft or the final copy of that speech.

“All our checks showed that the accusations against Ajuri are fake. The websites on which some of the links were activated are also dubious.”
