The 53-year-old said that while it can be ‘very tiring’, her mother and grandmother also chose not to have any hired help.

Janet did however admit that raising her son while touring the world can be exhausting.

‘It’s very tiring. You never get enough sleep,’ the Rhythm Nation hit-maker added.
Janet met Qatari billionaire Wissam, 44, in 2010 and married in 2012. They welcomed Eissa in January 2017, only to split just three months later.
The singer is based in London where her ex husband also lives.

Janet arrived in Australia this week ahead of RNB Fridays live 2019, which kicks off in Perth on Friday.
She will join other R&B icons including Jason Derulo, 50 Cent, The Black Eyed Peas and Sisqo.
Janet, who originally wanted to be a lawyer, told Australian newspaper The Daily Telegraph in August that fame isn’t for everybody.
