ILARO-YEWA – The Transition Caretaker Chairman, Yewa-South Local Government, Alhaji Ramon Bode Fagbenro has assured his subjects that Ogun State Governor, Prince Dapo Abiodun would ensure infrastructural developments across the state.

Alhaji Fagbenro gave the assurance while playing host to members of Road Palliative Committee set up by the Council’s authority to put palliative on the dilapidated Owode-Ilaro road.

The Transmission Chairman expressed optimism that Governor Abiodun would treat every senatorial district of the state equally in his discharge of dividend of democracy.

He applauded the Governor for recalling contractors to all abandoned road projects across the state, assuring that he would not neglect any part of the state in his developmental plans.

According to him, “I want to thank you for contributing your own quota to the development of our dear state. The palliative you put on Owode-Ilaro road makes it a bit motorable. I thank our Governor, Prince Dapo Abiodun for coming to our aid by calling the contractors back on the road and other roads across the state.

“This has given us evidence that the present administration will not neglect us. I can assure you that the Governor will be fair and just in distributing the dividends of democracy, especially infrastructure across Ogun State.”

Alhaji Fagbenro however enjoined the visitors to keep supporting the present administration, and always pray for its success.

Speaking earlier, the leader of the committee, Mr. Oluwaseyi Lasilo appreciated the Council Chairman for counting on them as members of Road Palliative Committee on the Ilaro-Owode road and thanked Governor Abiodun for recalling contractors to complete repair of the abandoned roads across the state, pleading that other roads in Yewa South should also be considered.
