ABEOKUTA – The Publisher of INFOLITE NEWS and INFOLITE NEWSMAGAZINE will be organising a public Lecture on Friday 26th of March 26, 2021, in Abeokuta, the Ogun state capital.
The event will also honour prominent individuals in Government and private sector who have contributed to the society.
Mr Olamilekan Jaji, the Publisher of INFOLITE NEWS and INFOLITE NEWSMAGAZINE who is the Chairman of Organising Committee, told Journalists in Abeokuta that the event will be addressing the financial inclusion of small scale business establishment and the Cashless Policy of the government, alongside the involvement of youth in Politics.
He added, “We observed the role of agent banking and cashless transaction during the pandemic, and realized it is an aspect of our commercial life that must be encouraged. We are bringing a financial expert and certified trainer, Fasasi Sharafadeen who will be talking on the importance of finance and other possibilities.”
The Secretary of the organising Committee, Abimbola Coker said the lecture will also feature the Special Assistant to the Ogun State Governor on Youth and Sport, Comrade Lamide Lawal who will be speaking on the “Role of Youth in Politics”.
She said, “the present Government in Ogun state have many young people in the cabinet, and we have a Special Assistant to the governor that is youth-friendly – Comrade Lamide Lawal, he will be speaking on the role of Youth in Politics.”
Prominent personalities in the state that will be honoured include Alhaji Fasiu Abiola, Chairman, Nigeria Union of Mine Workers, Ogun State Council, Eng Gbenga Ademehin, Director Vehicle Inspection Service, Ambassador Lizzy Jekami, Girl Child Right Advocate, Asiwaju Adedamola Adeshina, Chairman Inter-Party Advisory Council, Ogun state, and many others.
