IDU UK Chapter President, Prince Olanipekun-Okoya, Describes Senator Yayi As A Progressive Leader Capable Of Leading Ogun State

LONDON, UK – The President of the Ilaro Descendant Union (IDU) UK chapter, Prince Abayomi Olanipekun-Okoya, has described Senator Solomon Olamilekan Adeola, fondly called Yayi, as a progressive leader highly qualified to lead Ogun State.

The Ilaro-Yewa, Ogun State-born community leader, who resides in London, made this statement while speaking with Abu-Satar Hamed in London for StarTrend Int’l., in London.

He noted that Senator Adeola Yayi, in a short time representing Ogun West, has demonstrated his political experience, philanthropic spirit, and dedication to his constituents through various projects and programmes aimed at improving their quality of life.

The IDU UK President appealed to the people of Ogun West to offer their unflinching support for Senator Adeola Yayi’s governorship ambition. He described Yayi as not only capable of representing the area in the National Assembly but also highly qualified and competent to serve as the governor of Ogun State.

Prince Abayomi Olanipekun-Okoya expressed his disappointment that Ogun West has yet to produce a governor since the state’s creation. He urged all sons and daughters of Ogun West to actively support and campaign for Senator Adeola Yayi’s candidacy as the next governor of the state.

He remarked, “The inability of the Ogun West zone to produce a governor is quite unfortunate. It almost feels as though the zone is being marginalized in state politics.

“Yayi’s recent developmental strides in Ogun West and beyond are the reasons for my unwavering support for his governorship ambition. I believe his emergence as governor would be a positive step forward for Ogun State politics.”

Prince Abayomi Olanipekun-Okoya remains a dedicated advocate for Ilaro-Yewa’s development, actively supporting members of IDU UK and contributing to the growth of the community.

His leadership continues to inspire unity and progress among Ilaro-Yewa descendants in the diaspora.
