HOW DANGOTE ENGAGES DUBAI LEADERS TO EXPLORE NEW INVESTMENT PROSPECTS

DUBAI, UAE – Africa’s foremost industrialist, Aliko Dangote, has engaged top leaders and global business executives in Dubai as part of efforts to expand Africa’s investment frontiers and strengthen economic partnerships with the Middle East and other global markets.

At the high-level meeting held on Saturday, December 6, 2025, Africa’s leading business figures met with His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister of the United Arab Emirates and Ruler of Dubai, in a strategic dialogue aimed at unlocking new investment opportunities across critical sectors.

Also in attendance was Mr. Johann Rupert, Chairman of Richemont & Remgro and Founder of the Rupert Education Foundation, South Africa, alongside other members of the African Business Leaders delegation.

The engagement focused on fostering deeper economic collaboration, attracting foreign direct investment into Africa, and exploring new frontiers in infrastructure, manufacturing, energy, and industrial development, with a strong emphasis on sustainable growth and long-term prosperity.

The meeting underscored the growing role of Africa’s private sector in shaping global investment conversations and highlighted the importance of Dubai as a strategic hub connecting Africa to global capital and innovation.
