GOV. ABIODUN LOSES FATHER, DR. EMMANUEL ABIODUN AT 89

IPERU-REMO – The death has been announced of Dr. Emmanuel Adesanya Abiodun, father to the Governor of Ogun State, Prince Dapo Abiodun, on Monday August 2, 2021. Aged 89 years.

According to a release e-signed by Prince Dapo Abiodun and made available to StarTrend Int’l & online – www.startrendinternational.com by SF Ojo, SSA to Ogun Governor on Media, “the Abiodun Family of Iperu-Remo, Ogun State has announced the passing on of their Patriarch, Dr. Emmanuel Adesanya Abiodun, who slept in The Lord on Monday, August 2, 2021 at the ripe age of 89 after a brief illness.”

The late Dr. Abiodun, fondly called “Baba Teacher” due to his dedication to duty, imparting knowledge and inculcating the right values in his students was indeed an Educationist, who worked as a school teacher for many years across the old Western State of Nigeria.

“Baba Teacher”, a devout Christian, is survived by his wife, Mrs. Victoria Abiodun, many children, grandchildren, great grandchildren and other family members, amongst them is the Governor of Ogun State, Prince Dapo Abiodun.

The statement by Prince Dapo Abiodun stated that further announcements on the burial arrangements will be made by the family in due course.
