COVID-19: Engr. Kuyebi Rallies Support For Govt, Distributes Relief Packages To Constituency

IMASAYI-YEWA: A season politician in Ogun State, Engr. Stephen Temitope Kuyebi has called on well-meaning individuals and corporate organizations in the state to remember their roots in this trying period by providing them with palliates with a view to cushion the effects of the lockdown caused by the coronavirus pandemic raging the world.

Engr. Kuyebi, a well known politician cum successful businessman who is always ready and willing to give to the needy in the society stated this recently while distributing food and other essential materials to his people at Imasayi, in Yewa North Local government of Ogun state.

He was of the view that successful people in the stace should support the government in a bid to give citizen soccur in this difficult time, saying government alone cannot do it.

The Imasayi-born politician however distributed foodstuffs that include Cow-meat, rice (5kg) etc which worth millions of Naira to over 500 people.

His words, “I am distributing these food and other items to the people of my constituency which consists of many communities with a view to cushion the effect of the lockdown caused by coronavirus pandemic”

The business mogul also urged the people of his constituency against the deadly coronavirus pandemic by adhering strictly to the precautionary measures advised by both the Federal and state government.

Engr. Kuyebi also enjoined the people to maintain social distancing, regular washing of their hands and use of hand sanitizers as fight the spread of the pandemic.

The citizens of Imasayi were full of praise to Engr. Kuyebi for the good gesture, saying the palliatives were timely, and thanked him for having them at heart in this trying period..

Beneficiaries of the largesse, who appreciated the gesture, also said the palliatives would go a long way in cushioning the effects of the stay-at-home order.
