LAGOS – During the induction of distinguished individuals into the Celebrity Journal Publishers Association of Nigeria (CJPAN) Hall Of Fame, Mr. Lekan Isola, Principal Consultant at Brand Communication Network, advocated for effective collaboration between the government, corporate bodies, and the media.
Isola emphasized the pivotal role of the media in showcasing the dividends of good governance.
Speaking at the event held at the Oriental Hotel, Lagos, Isola stressed the importance of media as a watchdog in societal progress.
CJPAN’s President Alhaji Olarewaju Mohammed commended the association’s executives and members, urging them to intensify efforts in elevating the noble profession of journalism.
Expressing gratitude to supporters, including Mr. Austin Osukpo and Seye Otite from Ecobank’s Media and Corporate Communications Department, Alhaji Olarewaju highlighted the association’s commitment to achieving more.
The induction ceremony honoured notable figures, including Primate Babatunde Elijah Ayodele, Aare Bashir Olawale Fakorede, actress Foluke Daramola, Fuji Maestro Atawewe, media titan AbuSatar Ìdòwú Hamed, Mr. Fuhad Oloro, and Mr. Oluwatosin Samuel, recognizing their excellence across various fields.
Wrapping up the event filled with grandeur and celebration, the association’s President extended Christmas and New Year wishes.
