A Nigerian veteran boxer, Bash Ali has sent a warming congratulatory birthday message to Nigeria President-elect, Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu on his 71 birthday anniversary.
Ali stated this in his congratulatory message to the President-elect, also tasks him to prioritise sports activities in his administration, noting that Nigeria’s sports activities would be best in the World under his watch.
The renowned boxer added that he has confidence in Tinubu’s leadership style while reminding him of a glove given to him when they met in Ekiti State, saying that it would be the best tool for him to fight corruption.
His words, “I greet you as the President-elect in Nigeria and secondly, I wish you a happy birthday, long life backed with great health. May you come out with a World Champion in your quest to make Nigeria the best country in the world.
“I agree with Sam Omatayese after the 2023 Presidential election in his article “THE MAN OF FAITH” when he wrote, “WHAT ASIWAJU BOLA TINUBU, THE PRESIDENT-ELECT JUST PULLED OFF IS A MIRACLE BUT THE MERCHANTS OF MIRACLES IN OUR MIDST ARE NOT SHOUTING HALLELUJAH”. It was a fight well fought and you came out the WINNER”.
Bash Ali boasted that Nigeria under Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu’s watch would be the best country in the world while emphasising the need for him to key into the sports development of the country as one of the biggest industries in the world, to enhance the economy of the country.
“Sport is one of the biggest industries in the world, so your Sports Minister must be a person who knows the game and would be able to generate money for Nigeria instead of coming to you with a cap in hand to solicit money to run sports.
“I’m proud of you and I am supremely confident that Nigeria under your watch would be the best country in the world.
“I gave you a pair of gloves when we met in Ekiti. The gloves are for you to knock out corruption, and bad administration in Nigeria. If u fall short of my expectations to make Nigeria the best country in the world, then I will get my pair of gloves and fight with you, …lol. It is not funny so don’t laugh.
“I see you as the best servant that would ever serve Nigerians and proudly take us to the Promised Land. I am rooting for you so don’t fall my hand, please. Once again, congrats on your victory and happy birthday.”
