Ansar-Ud-Deen Ladies Association Hosts Ramadan Family Prayer At Hamed Family Residence (+photos)

ILARO-YEWA, OGUN STATE, NIGERIA – The Ansar-Ud-Deen Ladies Association of Nigeria (ADLAN), Ilaro Branch, on Sunday, March 9, 2025, took its annual Ramadan Family Prayer to the residence of Elhadj (Otunba) AbuSatar Idowu Hamed, the Otun Baaroyin of Ilaro-Yewa, and Chief Sebil Hamed, Chairman of the Ansar-Ud-Deen Society of Nigeria, Ilaro Branch.

Led by Alhaja Fausat F. Allinson, the group engaged in heartfelt prayers led by their Islamic scholars: Alhaja Risikat Are, Alhaja Siyanbola Idayat, and Alhaja Rutiat Okonkwo.

Together, they prayed fervently for the Hamed family, as well as for Ilaro-Yewa, Ogun State, and the entire nation of Nigeria.

The members of ADLAN thanked Allah for the lives of the two esteemed Muslim leaders and their families, asking for continued blessings, guidance, and protection.

Chief Sebil Hamed, also the Chairman of the Tailoring Association of Nigeria (Ogun State Chapter), expressed the family’s deep appreciation for ADLAN’s yearly prayers and wished for Allah’s blessings of good health and long life on the association’s members to help them continue spreading the message of Islam.

The air was filled with songs of praise and supplication as the prayer session continued, creating a spiritually uplifting atmosphere.

In his closing remarks, Elhadj (Otunba) AbuSatar Idowu Hamed, the Otun Baaroyin of Ilaro-Yewa and Publisher/Editor-in-Chief of StarTrend Int’l magazine and online platform, expressed gratitude to ADLAN for their unwavering prayers.

He prayed that Allah, the Omniscient, would continue to bless the association and its members with good health and long life.

Following the prayer session, Alhaja Idayat Siyanbola, on behalf of ADLAN’s organizing committee, presented a letter of appreciation to Elhadj AbuSatar Hamed and Chief Sebil Hamed.

In the letter, the association expressed its thanks for the family’s continued moral and financial support.

They prayed that Allah accepts the family’s contributions as an act of Ibadah (worship) and rewards them abundantly, quoting the Quran: “Indeed, the reward of goodness is nothing but goodness” (Quran 55:60).
