In an official statement signed by the Head, Human Capital Management, the firm described the publication as “malicious, unfounded, and grossly misleading,” dismissing the allegations as a “coordinated attempt to distort facts and damage the good reputation built over the years.”
The statement reads, “This is not a whistleblower account. It is a calculated and deliberate effort to defame individuals, misinform the public, and inflict reputational damage.
“The assertions in the report are not only false but constitute a deliberate misrepresentation of facts and a serious infringement on our legal rights.”
The organization firmly rejected all claims of nepotism, underpayment of gratuity, and alleged contract favoritism as baseless and misleading.
It reaffirmed that all staff exit procedures and benefit disbursements are conducted in strict compliance with internal policy, the Nigerian Labour Act, and global best practices.
