IKENNE – The Hon. Commissioner for Local Government and Chieftaincy Affairs, Hon. Afolabi Afuape has commended Hon. Rotimi Fatai Akinsanya, the Chairman and committee members of the Transition Caretaker of the Ikenne Local government of Ogun state over their laudable performances since their inception.
According to a release e-signed and made available to StarTrend Int’l & online – www.startrendinternational.com by Mrs. Yetunde Metilelu, Director of Information, Ikenne Local government, Hon. Afuape stated this on Wednesday, september 30, 2020 during the official commisioning of various projects in the local government.
He emphasised that all the projects are part of the dividends of democracy as promised by the State Governor, Prince (Dr.) Adedapo Oluwaseun Abiodun during his electoral campaign, saying, “GDA’s Promises made are promises kept”.
“I want touse this medium to commend and appreciate the Chairman, Hon Rotimi Fatai Akinsanya and his Transition members for spending the money given to them wisely and that the Shopping Complex is the best project so far out of all the projects I’ve been commissioning. Not minding the rainfall, he commissioned all the projects.”
The projects commissioned include Primary HealthCare Centre, borehole and water supply at Irolu Remo, one block of six lockable shops at Ilisan Remo, Dapo Abiodun Shopping Complex, Iperu and Solar Street Light at Ogere.
All these projects were commissioned by the Hon. Commissioner for Local Government and Chieftaincy Affairs, Hon. Afolabi Afuape.
