LAGOS – Access Bank Plc., Nigeria’s leading financial institution, has urged its numerous customers to remain calm, following a viral video of a hacker, claiming to have possessed their banking details.
The Bank in its reaction disclosed that customers safety is its priority and will never disclose any information that will result to the loss of their funds.
The Bank said; “A video of an individual claiming to be in possession of our customers’ banking details such as BVN and Account Number, has been brought to our notice.
“We urge all our customers to remain calm as there is no security breach. We are working with the appropriate authority to bring the perpetrator to book.
“Kindly note that our customers’ financial security is a top priority and we will never disclose any information that will jeopardise your safety.
“Thank you for choosing Access Bank.”
