ILARO-YEWA, OGUN STATE, NIGERIA – The National Association of Yewa Students (NAYES) joined other student bodies in celebrating the 13th Coronation Anniversary of Oba (Dr.) Kehinde Gbadewole Olugbenle, MFR, the Olu of Ilaro and Paramount Ruler of Yewaland.
Oba Olugbenle expressed deep appreciation to NAYES and other student bodies for visiting and honouring him on the occasion of his 13th year on the throne.
The traditional ruler made this known while receiving the NAYES National leadership, led by Comr. Prince Faruq Tella, at his private palace in Ilaro-Yewa, Ogun State.
The acknowledgment was contained in a release e-signed by Comrd. Adebiyi Gabriel, Public Relations Officer of NAYES National, and made available to StarTrend Int’l Magazine and its online platform.
Oba Olugbenle, who also serves as the Chairman of the Ogun State Council of Obas, offered heartfelt prayers for#
the students’ success and pledged his ongoing support toward educational and youth development across Yewaland.
Delivering his goodwill message, Comrd. (Prince) Faruq Tella, NAYES National President, congratulated the monarch on reaching this milestone and commended his unwavering dedication to peace, unity, and the advancement of Yewaland.
He noted that the visit was especially significant as it marked the first official visit in over five years by a sitting executive of the Federal Polytechnic Ilaro (FPI) Students’ Union to the Paramount Ruler.
In a demonstration of royal hospitality, Oba Olugbenle treated the student delegation to a special reception at FUMCY Restaurant, Ilaro.
