NELFUND Clarifies Why Students From South-East Not Qualified For Student Loans

ABUJA, FCT, NIGERIA – The Nigerian Education Loan Fund (NELFUND) has clarified why no students from the South-East region have qualified for student loans.

According to NELFUND, the issue stems from the fact that no institutions in the South-East have completed the necessary verification process required for their students to receive the loans.

NELFUND emphasized that the disbursement process is not influenced by geographic location but rather by the institutions’ compliance with the verification requirements.

They have urged the South-East institutions to complete this process so their students can benefit from the loan scheme.
