LAGOS – Chief (Elhadj) AbuSatar Idowu Hamed, Publisher and Editor-in-Chief of StarTrend Int’l magazine and online, added another accolade to his distinguished career during a special ceremony held alongside the 2023 First Bank Plc Media Partners End of Year Engagement.
The event occurred on Tuesday, December 19, 2023, at the Ebony Life Cinema on Adetokunbo Ademola Street, Victoria Island, Lagos.
This honour was granted by the Celebrity Journal Publishers Association of Nigeria (CJPAN) during their 5th Annual AGM & Induction held on December 13, 2023.
The association recognized several notable figures and media experts, including Chief AbuSatar Idowu Hamed, inducted into the esteemed CJPAN Hall of Fame.
Regrettably, the esteemed Otun Baaroyin of Ilaro-Yewa couldn’t attend the event due to unforeseen circumstances.
However, taking advantage of his presence at the First Bank event, the organizers through Messrs Joshua Uloko, the Pioneer President of the group and Mr. Sunday Adeyemi (Provost) who presented him with the Certificate of Induction to the CJPAN Hall of Fame and adorned him with the group’s muffler.
It’s worth noting that Chief AbuSatar Idowu Hamed had previously been appointed as one of the Patrons of CJPAN, a dynamic collective of seasoned journalists and media practitioners primarily operating in Lagos.
