OSOFFA COMMENDS GOV ABIODUN FOR CARRYING CELESTIAL CHURCH ALONG IN HIS PROGRAMMES

IMEKO – The Head of Celestial Church of Christ Worldwide, Reverend/Pastor Emmanuel Oshoffa, has appreciated the present administration of Governor Dapo Abiodun of Ogun State in its bid to make life enjoyable to the citizenry.

According to a release e-signed and made available to StarTrend Int’l & online – www.startrendinternational.com by Dolapo Jinad, Press Officer, Ogun State Alternate Medicine Board, Oshoffa who stated this recently during the visit of Ogun Alternative Medicine Board to him, at Imeko, in Imeko-Afon Local Government Area of the State urged the government not to relent in improving the sub-sector for better performance.

His words, “We are very happy and proud to be part of success story of Ogun State Alternative Medicine practice, and I want us to know that it is not a new thing to the Western world, by transforming herbs and other gift of nature to profitable venture for their economic growth.

“I appreciate the present administration in the State led by Prince Dapo Abiodun for recognising Celestial Church, by bringing government’s programme to us for the first time.”

The Chairman, Ogun State Alternative Medicine Board, Balogun Nurudeen Olaleye, said that the Board was created to accommodate everyone that provides healthcare services in other ways different from orthodox methods, and not necessarily to coordinate the congregations of people dealing with herbs.

He stated that the visit of the Board to Head of the Celestial Church, Worlwide was essential due to its involvement in the provision of spiritual healings, assuring the State government’s support for all the practitioners, including Churches.

Hear him, ‘’The Prince Dapo Abiodun led administration is determined to transform every region within the State without marginalising any profession, and they too should be alive to their responsibilities as good citizens.’’

In their contributions, other chieftains of the Church, Superior Evang. Ademola Oluwasegun and David Ogini lauded the efforts of the Board to collate data base of practitioners, saying the development would enable people have more options to access affordable healthcare services and bring sanity to activities of members of the organization.
