IBADAN – Founder/CEO Oodua Heritage International Organization (OHIO), Asiwaju (Chief) Mrs. Erelu Bolanle Amoke Kuku has said that her organisation is a social cum cultural, non-religion and non-governmental private organisation.
Erelu disclosed this on Saturday 28, November, 2020 while addressing journalists at Fawzy Hotel, inside Akinyemi, Ring Road, Ibadan.
She said that their programmes and activities on ground is to impact communities both Nigeria and abroad to eradicate poverty, saying, “Most importantly, to add value to culture and heritage of Yoruba descendants.”
Erelu also noted that OHIO engages and empower youths by providing entrepreneur facilities that will transform their lives positively.
She however emphasized the need for more commitments as part of contributing her own quota to the development of Nigeria through unity, peace and love by promoting and showcasing the rich cultural heritage and values of Oodua and Nigeria as a whole, both at home and in the Diaspora.
Other members of the group that came with Erelu Bolanle Amoke Kuku at the Press Conference include the General Secretary, Korede Okungbowa, Director of Operations, Comfort Olaiya, Welfare Director, Toyin Àjàyí, Ibrahim Ladeji Information Director.
Also at the event are the Vice President and Co-founder of the organisation, Folabi Alli, Public Relations Director among others.
